The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, ad operations, media operations, or technical campaign execution
- Hands-on experience supporting digital campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, reporting, or campaign troubleshooting
- Experience in a client-facing digital marketing or digital advertising role; customer service experience alone is not sufficient
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms, DCO tools, creative versioning, data feeds, or campaign execution workflows is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, programmatic advertising, or performance reporting tools.
- Proficient in using technical platforms, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ad-tech environment with shifting priorities and tight campaign timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist Client Experience Managers in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
- Translate client objectives into actionable configurations within the platform
- Monitor campaign performance and flag risks or opportunities to account leads
- Prepare and organize data feeds, creative assets, reports, and documentation
- Maintain working knowledge of the platform to guide internal teams and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with product, operations, and creative teams to support client needs
- Manage project timelines and task tracking for timely campaign launches
- Document workflows, processes, and learnings to support scalability
- Prepare internal updates, summaries, and training materials
- Support continuous improvement across accounts
- Contribute to a client-centric culture focused on success and excellence
